During Episode 052, your nine Horror hosts — Jay of the Dead, Dr. Shock, Gillman Joel, Mister Watson, Dr. Walking Dead, GregaMortis, Mackula, Ron Martin and Dave Zee — bring you some exciting Horror movie discussions. For instance, we have a couple of different takes on Brandon Cronenberg’s Infinity Pool (2023); a very fair and measured GregaMortis review of Children of the Corn (2023); Jay of the Dead and Mackula’s controversial discussion about the “monstrous” nature of Scott Beck and Bryan Woods’ (A Quiet Place) dinosaur film, 65 (2023); Dave Zee’s hidden-gem sleeper, a BET original, The Reading (2023); and Rebecca Hall’s creeper, Resurrection (2022)!

In addition, we have a couple of host Specialty Segments, including Horror in Black and White by Mackula: Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein (1948); the always controversial and triggering Horror Myth-Busting With Ron Martin: Friday the 13th: A New Beginning (1985); Gillman Joel’s Horror Lagoon: Offerings (1989); and last but not least, Dr. Shock’s Horror Blu-ray Corner: And of course, we have our Main Event for you: Dave Zee’s pick from John Kenneth Muir’s “Horror Films of the 1970s” book, Hide and Go Shriek (1988)! So when are the next episodes coming? I’m looking forward to hearing reviews of the new Scream and Evil Dead movies.

Hey, Carl. We’ve got reviews of both Scream 6 and Evil Dead Rise in the bank. Plus much more. I’m talking about reviews from when these movies were still fresh on the big screen. Can’t wait to hear them again for myself in case I said something lame! LOL.

Jay has had obstacle after obstacle when it comes to getting these reviews out. I can’t speak for him, but trust us that Jay’s (probably) not messing around too much. Hell, man… one of his kids just had to go through surgery… nothing TOO serious, but my friends… who wants to see their kid go under the knife? I’ve been there. SUCKS! We’re all just kinda making sure our fearless leader is doing well and that he’s got our support. Thank YOU for yours.
